I have led people, governance and institutional-administration functions in the education sector, and the frameworks in this book were built for, and tested against, the live compliance questions of a modern Indian university before being extended across the full institutional estate, from the admissions office to the research bench to the school gate.
I write as a practitioner for practitioners: every obligation in these pages ends in a named artefact and a named owner, because that is the only form in which compliance survives contact with a working campus. This is my first book.
